Epta Sky operates as a client-side utility running natively on your hardware. Unlike web-based SaaS platforms, your delicate SMTP/IMAP credentials, templates, and lead spreadsheet lists are stored locally in your local database and never leaked to our servers.
Because Epta Sky runs locally on your machine, we do not monitor or harvest your campaigns, mailing databases, or sending lists. We only store:
All email account passwords (SMTP/IMAP) are encrypted locally using advanced system encryption standards and stored directly inside your **local SQLite WAL database file** (`local_wal_engine.db`).
We do not transmit these passwords to Epta Sky. All connections are made directly from your computer node straight to your designated mailing servers (Google, Microsoft, or SMTP hosts).
If you activate the **Cloud Auto-Sync** service, campaigns and settings are compressed, encrypted client-side, and securely uploaded to your **Private Cloud Storage Vault**.
We utilize end-to-end transport layer security (TLS) protocols. No third party or Epta Sky support engineer has decryption capabilities over your uploaded backup files.
If you wish to remove your cloud account verification records, delete your backup vaults, or inquire about data compliance, please reach out to our dedicated operations desk:
