1. Platform License & Seat Limitations

Epta Sky grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to execute the desktop program binary on personal hardware nodes.

• There are absolutely no seat limitations. You can run unlimited campaigns.
• You may not modify, decompile, resell, or distribute the client's compiled binary package without written authorization.

2. Deliverability & Acceptable Sending Policy

Epta Sky provides high-performance scheduling, rotational Spintax, and automated API and SMTP/IMAP configurations. Users are solely responsible for:

• Configuring optimal spacing offsets and throttling to prevent reputation damage.
• Warming up outreach domains using verified protocols before high-volume launches.
• Abiding by **CAN-SPAM**, **GDPR**, and domestic outreach compliance regulations (including honoring unsubscribes).

3. Cloud Backup Fair Use

If your cloud subscription package is active, you receive access to cloud auto-sync synchronization. We reserve the right to audit storage usage if campaign database backups exceed standard threshold sizes (e.g. 5GB+ per storage bucket) to preserve global pipeline bandwidth.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Epta Sky is provided "as is". We are not responsible for domain blacklisting, bounce-backs, outreach campaign failure, or local database corruption due to system crashes or user-defined SMTP setting misconfigurations.
